Slooooow burn why choose. I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Not  usually a fan of the why choose trope but this series has popped up several times on my bookstagram so figured I’d give it a shot. Really happy I did. The dystopian hand maidenesque vibe with a fantasy twist is working for me. The FMC can be a bit tiring.  The world sucks, females are bartered and sold. Charlie had a relatively sheltered life hiding out with her parents and avoiding the auction block. Then shit gets real, bought by 3 hot ass demons and she spend most of the book fearful or complaining. The MMCs in question are an interesting group. Two just want their soft human to be happy and one is a repressed jerk who needs to get laid. Loving their overall dynamic. Really interested to see where the story goes.
