5 stars because this series meant and still means so much for me. It was my Harry Potter while growing up, it influenced my reading likes a lot and all characters are close to my heart.
Even though I thought too much was going on, thought some plots were unnecessary and predictable, was bothered the whole time about the lack of scenes with Rocky and Mia's parents...I'm satisfied with the end :)
