My thoughts seem to be all over the place with this one. My recommendation is go into it with an open mind. The way that Zigman was able to share these characters and their stories felt realistic and I was pleased to read the acknowledgments and where her heart was coming from when writing this quirky novel.
It gave me All Adults Here vibes which I LOVE though completely different I couldn’t help but be reminded of my favorite book with some of these characters. This is one I feel like in a few months I will still be thinking about the characters. Which means I loved it.
