We bought this book for my mom for Christmas. She read it in about two days, then passed to my sister who sped through it so I could have a go. Once I got my hands on it, I realized why they had read it so quickly - this is a definite page-turner!
The twists are nearly never-ending, but for the most part, I was able to keep up and follow the storylines. There are a few lingering questions, as well as a thought as to why a few storylines were necessary (Tessa's skeletons for example).
I am easily scared, and don't enjoy anything in the horror genre, and an intense action movie can be too much for me. However, this was just the right amount of mystery, and fear to keep me interested. By the end I could barely pull myself away!
