Ono by Stephen King
5.0
Well this book took a lot of courage for me ( i'm one of the traumatized people who watched "It" mini series as a child).
Mr. King as always does a great job of connecting real world (emotions, growing up, brink of adolescence...) and horror. In a way "It" reminded me of "The body", theme of growing up, letting go of kids stuff etc..
I'm not going go in deep with the sewer sex scene, because everyone mentions it and i really can't, i just can't. It could have been done differently and that's all.
In a whole i loved "It" (i didn't put it in a freezer (remember Joe and "The Shining" ) YAY ME!), it scared the hell out of me and it made me miss my childhood again. Because the friends you have as a child are like no other, the complete trust and comradery that you can't achieve no more.
But I still hate clowns!
