i genuinely fucking ADORE this book. it’s legitimately one of my favorites of all time. it’s fun and well written, with a wide range of characters and incredible worldbuilding. like,, the amount of smart and interesting concepts included in this universe is amazing. i saw that a lot of other commenters where complaining about the lack of conflict, which i get to a certain extent, but i actually really enjoy the almost slice-of-life style plot for a relatively large portion of the plot. this book is very character driven and focused, which is one of my absolute favorite things in a book. i might come back later and elaborate more on what i love about this book & my criticisms for it, as well as maybe add elaborations for content warnings, but this is all for now
Graphic: Chronic illness, Death, Police brutality, and Terminal illness
Moderate: Cursing, Xenophobia, Violence, Racial slurs, Medical content, Gun violence, and Genocide
Minor: Blood and Slavery
