“He already makes me feel that way. Just being with him is the most exciting thing that’s ever happened to me.” —Dahlia Brady

“She loves pushing my buttons. Little does she know, she pushes most of them without even trying. Everything about her just hits a little different.” —Felix Walters

Well, I enjoy and adore this book so much. I had a great time reading this one and I will recommend this book to everyone for forever. Felix and Dahlia are easily my most fav couple from this series so far. And it also makes this book easily become my most fav so far.

Felix and Dahlia’s story was a soft, slow bloom, and honestly, a welcome shift from all the second-chance whiplash I got earlier. 😮‍💨💕 Dahlia’s quiet charm felt relatable, and I admired how she held her own despite the awkward missteps and overwhelming social moments. Felix surprised me in the best way possible; gentle, emotionally aware, never once pushing her past her limits. He’s officially earned top-tier book boyfriend status, and yes, I would like to see that epilogue stretched ten chapters deeper pls.😩 Narratively, this one felt more grounded. And even with the occasional cringe or underwhelming bits, there was heart in the way it explored care, patience, and soft loyalty.

As always, the girl gang was that spot on. Daisy, Jane, Dahlia, and Violet remain the heart and chaotic soul of this series. Their girl gang energy is that perfect mix of charm, mess, and loyalty. Pure serotonin indeed. The wallflower house radiates that found-family vibe that the author does so well. And seeing the bond between them grow while they chase their own happiness brings the kind of emotional glue that keeps me coming back for every book.

Also, big shoutout to Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke for narrating this one. 🤧💞 Their performances brought so much nuance and emotion to the story, giving the characters a vivid, heartfelt presence. Even without a duet narration, their voices flowed seamlessly and added a depth that made the entire experience feel magnetic. Truly a standout pairing.

Jane didn’t drop a single hint about what her story holds, and I’m obsessively invested, nevertheless. She kept popping up throughout the book, sprinkling mystery and mischief without revealing a thing and now my curiosity is feral. I need it unraveled immediately whatever she’s hiding. So yes, I’ll be yeeting myself straight into Tempting the Player like it’s the cure for my plot-starved soul! 💥🏃🏻‍♀️
