I still don't know how to rate this book and I finished it like a month ago. What I can say is that in my opinion this trilogy should have been a duology.
The pacing in Gods & Monsters was just off. Some parts were dragged out so much I got bored listening to the audio book while others were so fast paced I couldn't keep up and some details got missing. Such a shame.
I liked some parts, it wasn't all bad, just way too fucking long.
The epilog also felt really forced to me. It's just not my type of ending and I think the book could have done without it :/
