A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas

Did not finish book. Stopped at 4%.
I hate Nesta. I understand that she has a right to cope with her trauma in ways that help her HOWEVER when you lash out at people who are genuinely trying to help you and make you feel better then it is not your place to complain about how much people don't like you. Trauma doesn't give you the right to spend other's money. She complains about how everyone around her doesn't seem like they're having as hard of a time as she is after the war, as if she completely isolated herself from everyone so she doesn't even know that for a fact. If she has the ability to deal with this in her own way then so do others. Who's to say that Feyre, Rhys, Amren, Mor, Azriel and Cassian aren't dealing with their own PTSD from after the war. Nesta it is not your place to determine these things when you hardly take the time to get to know your own family let alone the people who are trying to be your friend. This arrogance made me so angry that I don't think I can get through this book. Especially because Sarah J. Maas seems to try and make us sympathize with Nesta. No. I won't. Again, she brought this upon herself, she decided to shut everyone out and insult them to the point where they don't want to hang out with her. I can't sympathize with someone who is blaming others for their own self-sabotage, it's childish and personally I don't want to read 800 pages of this arrogance. I spent $130 on the acotar box set, and yet I can't find it in me to get to even the 100 page mark.
