All Rhodes Lead Here by Mariana Zapata

4.0

I don't regret losing sleep to finish this book in one day. Aurora was kind and fluffy, and she was just a ray of sunshine you'll see peeking through the clouds on a super cloudy day. Always there even at the darkest of days. She had weathered so much and yet she stood strong. And Rhodes was *sigh* lovely and strong and protective.

I love a good romance story just as the other person does, but I also love it more if there is a deeper and more complicated story and characters around it. I love how Zapata's lead characters are so done with shit happening to them but also don't crumble into pieces when a small storm hit them. I love how we still see layers upon layers of love. It wasn't just about romance, it was about family, friendship, and self-respect too.

Off to my next book about 'love' then!
