I Am Still Alive by Kate Alice Marshall

3.0

It started off really good. I like the switching between perspectives of the beginning of the story to the present. It made you figure things out slowly. There was only one problem with this book: way to repetitive.

When Jess stops writing about the past and it's just the present, it's the same thing over and over again. She's crying about how she doesn't have food, she gets food, then something bad happens, cuddles Bo, etc.

So I'm taking one star away due to the repeats and also because Bo dies, not cool btw.
