LITERALLY blurted out a “WHAT” irl as soon as I got to the ending. What the actual fuck. It’s quarter to 4AM as I am typing this. I am practically speechless; I don’t know what to feel, so I’ll just rate this —
Book 5: 2.75⭐️
Lana and Logan chemistry still nonexistent. Satisfying final girl-in-a-horror-movie trope. Girl went all Rambo. WTAF ending.
The entire series: 3⭐️
A friend reco’d this to me. Overall it was… entertaining. Dark, campy, disturbing. It’s not my usual genre, and rating-wise it was average at best. Probably would have worshipped this book during my edgy teenage years.
Addendum: I need to de-stress. I need a nice, cozy book with a cute romance to forget all this mind fuckery.
