The Evidence of Things Not Seen by James Baldwin

challenging sad fast-paced

4.0

“And what we take life to be is what our lives become.”

I really enjoy Baldwin’s writing style so I am unsurprised that I enjoyed this, as well.
The topic itself is dark and sadly relevant decades later. I didn’t know about the “Atlanta Child Murders” prior to reading this and ended up down a rabbit hole afterwards.

If you are a fan of James Baldwin’s work, this is a quick read to add to your list.
