Unfortunately the pacing of this book is a mess. So much happens so quickly you’re not given much time to process supposedly important events. I assumed we would have spent more time with the dragons considering the title of the book (and the interactions in the last book), but it was over with pretty quickly. Them characters you think will be important amount to nothing. 
A shame this book falls so short in comparison to the first one.
