Reading this book while the world is living through a major crisis is indeed a interesting time. I’m someone who always thinks of what could happen in the worst case scenario of any situation. This is most definitely a book I’m keeping close to me so that I can dig into it again and again for the great nuggets of reflection on how to move beyond the worry and frustration of overthinking in any given situation.
