THIS WAS WAS SOOOOO DAMN FUN.
Maggie’s spark is gone, broken down by her ex Paul. She’s a 37-year-old single mother of two adorable little girls, she no longer dances, vicariously lives through the show Strictly come dancing, enchanted by their grace and elegance. Then comes Seb, 10 years younger, brother of Maggie's 2 BFF, super fun, charming and hot, who’s traveled the world to find his purpose and now is back to help his parents. And with him sparks definitely flew.
The age gap??? Well, age is just a number when you are both adults. So if a 37 year old and a 27 year old want to get together and make babies - then by all means, go for it.
The slow-building romance between Maggie and Seb is so sweet! (I think he fell first for Maggie’s kids) They didn’t rush into a relationship, which I loved, and Seb really cared and respected Maggie’s daughters. I also like that they don’t try to change each other. Maggie’s ex-husband squelched her identity and mocked her interests, and it was adorable how supportive and accepting Seb is. He gives her back the confidence that her ex took from her, especially when he becomes her dance partner!

This is a sweet story with a slow-building and charming romance. I love the themes of friendship, family, and embracing life.
