While the book started off really well, I found myself quite disappointed with the second half of it. There were some really good ideas there that weren't expanded on nor coherent with the rest of the text. Furthermore, the constant description of the author's own life, choices and struggles were not so necessary (in my view, at least) and could've been given as examples but didn't need to be whole chapters. At some point, it felt like I was reading someone's diary more than a self help book and while it's important to understand the author's journey, I found it too much.
