Vera Wong's Guide to Snooping (on a Dead Man)
by Jesse Q. Sutanto
Wow, another incredible Vera Wong book. I love how the series is able to make me feel warm and fuzzy, despite it being a murder mystery.
The new book is as good as the first! I love the new characters, especially Aimes. I was so happy to see all the characters from the first book reappear. My only wish was there to be a few more appearances from them just for nostalgia’s sake.
I love Vera, the San Francisco setting, the food descriptions, and all the amazing characters. Without spoiling, the book also covered a very important and emotional topic with respect, and I appreciate Jesse Q. Sutanto for using the book to bring light to this issue.
Highly, highly recommended!!
