Erm wow. I didn't expect to love this as much as I did. It was, ngl, a cover buy (I mean look at it, can you blame me?), but the writing is just as beautiful as the cover. I'm in love with Ariadne and her sister Phaedra and the whole book just feels like an ode to women.
I love the constant reflection, their faults and their growth throughout. I love the ending, so fittingly tragic yet beautiful. This will stay with me for a long time and I am so glad of it.
