A little fast, but I still loved it. It took getting snowed in and only one bed tropes and made them believable. I loved that we got to see Bast’s imperfect side, the side that isn’t always upbeat and smiling, and the connection it gave him and Pepper. The book felt so short but it covered a lot of ground. I just want more, lol.
