This book honestly had me so hooked!! I loved the banter between Jackson and Francesca. I’m such a sucker for a couple that can have a good back and forth teasing/flirty relationship.

It tends to take me a while to finish any book (usually about a month) but I was so into this one that it only took me 12 days to complete it.

One of my favourite elements was seeing the growth within Jackson as he transitioned from NFL superstar to a high school football coach. You can really see how much he cares for his students and how much he cares for the people around him. 

I wish we got to see more of Francesca other than the fact that she works in PR and has a big family. It would’ve been great to see some of her other interests/things that she enjoys in her spare time when she isn’t with Jackson or her family. 

Overall I really enjoyed this book and the ending left me dying to read the rest of the series! Perfect for someone that enjoys the brother’s best friend/best friend’s brother trope as well as a second chance romance and forbidden love.
