This opened my eyes to something that I’d read news articles on, but news articles use very clinical language. I would absolutely recommend the audiobook, it is narrated by the author so you can hear the emotions in her voice. There is a heartbreaking shift in narration around halfway through where you can hear the exhaustion and anger. It’s a hard but necessary read/listen.
