The Family Game
by Catherine Steadman
This is not your average family game. The stakes are much higher than bragging rights! I loved this book, it had me completely enthralled. The SUSPENSE. Let me tell you, there is much suspense. I switched between the audio and the print and I have to say the audiobook is incredibly narrated by the author herself.
Harriet is marrying into one of the wealthiest and most powerful families in America, but they seem to have a dark past rife with family secrets. Each welcoming gesture feels like a thinly veiled threat, can she trust anyone? She has a lot to lose. Will she survive their dark and twisted ideas of family games? Set from Thanksgiving to Christmas, you’ll experience these holidays as you never have before.
