Literally my only wish in life is for this series to get the recognition it deserves, because this is just as brilliant as some of the most well known and celebrated high fantasy books in the world and these characters deserve endless fanarts and edits and people screaming their love for them all over social media.
This was worth the wait in every way. I read the first book when it came out and loved it so much, even if I found Serena a little annoying, and this gorgeous sequel blew my expectations out of the water. I love every character, I love the story. I love everything. I even fell in love with Serena, which I wasn’t expecting given how much I was screaming at her in annoyance in the first book. Also Lynx is my new book boyfriend (literally the loml)
