The basic premise behind this book is actually good, but despite NOT being much of a self-help book reader, everything he had to say was very basic and obvious knowledge to me. And for such a short book it was quite repetitive and drew from countless OTHER books, so it didn’t ever feel like he was bringing much new knowledge forward. It really just felt like something that should’ve been a long article or blog post but was expanded unnecessarily to be book-length.
