Whatever you experienced in the first book, amp up 10 times that so be prepared! Pay attention to the content warnings as there are many things that could be triggering or disturbing. This one was not as good as the first, and the character persepectives really became repetitive. But overall it was a crazy adventure towards greatness, tons of political intrigue, and perserverance despite insurrmountable odds! And war, a lot of war.
