Definitely a slow descent into madness. The “repetitiveness” in the writing is a significant storytelling tool IMO, but I can see it not being everyone’s favorite thing. The magical realism in this was way easier for me to lose myself in, as opposed to the chaos that was Bunny. But I also now know that dark academia isn’t my thing, so that’s probably also why I enjoyed this more.
