An Echo in the Sorrow by Hailey Turner

PATRICK MUST BE PROTECTED!!! He's always been in need of it (that's why Jono came along) but after what happened in this book, with all the kidnapping and psychological torture, he needs a fucking rest. Like, a vacation from life and any stressors, for a very long time. It breaks my heart wanting that for him, knowing how bloody much he needs it, but being aware that there's still so much waiting to come his way. With what's happening in the next book. He's not going to be able to do it. He'll have to fight gods, and Ethan and the Dominiom Sect, and will bloody take so much of him. The gods, the sould debt he owns, they won't let him but sacrifice himself, all he has, who he is, to pay it off.

ALSO: PATRICK GO TO FRICKING THERAPHY RIGHT THE FRICK NOW. I don't know (I mean I know, but we need to change it) what Pat is not going to theraphy right the fuck NOW. Yes, his pack can protect him. Jono can protect him, until he himself can. But he needs to have already started the journey towards it. He needed a professional before the series even began AND HE NEEDS IT MORE EVEN NOW. THE BABY MUST BE PROTECTED!!!

And yes, he needs to set boundaries, but I really know that, when he's ready, he can reach out to his grandma. Ethan took too much away from him and he deserves to have his mum's family back in his life. And to heal from his past.

-SAGE AND MAREK FINALLY GOT MARRIED!! Until the last second of the book I didn't know if they were gonna make it. They all deserved some happyness in their lives.

-Ashanti's back. I was so exited after last's book's ending, but we didn't see that much of her in this book. Of course husbando Lucien appeared even less. A pity.

-The Morrigam staff's piece is safe in Pat's nightstand. TTL

-Wade baby boy feels guilty that Pat was taking away. He's another that needs to go to theraphy for real.
