Picking Daisies on Sundays by Liana Cincotti

It’s so rare for me to come across a book where the FMC is the one yearning—really, truly, soul-deep yearning—and it's done right. This book was such a breath of fresh air. It had the perfect mix of love, soft longing, slow-burn pining, and emotional depth. I usually hate when the desperation isn't equally matched by the MMC, but this? This was done so beautifully and realistically, I felt every emotion right in my chest. And Levi… oh, Levi. Don’t even get me started on that man. He’s not just perfect—he’s beyond it. If only he were real. A girl can dream, right? It’s been forever since I read a romance that left me this full and satisfied. Dani’s understanding of love, the way she describes it—raw, unfiltered, like someone who's lived through it—just hits different. This story reminded me why I love romance in the first place.
