Wow I really liked this book. Except the ending seemed a bit rushed and a bit unsatisfying even though the results were good. The swearing increased exponentially, though I guess this book had situations that called for so many f-bombs. Still, it felt a bit too much.
It took me til this book to realize in the series the police and law enforcement are depicted as rather incompetent and almost useless lol. Guess that's why Pip had to solve those cases herself. She's got some serious PTSD from the events of the previous book. I almost thought she was gonna spiral downhill. Certainly did not expect her to do that.
