The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo
by Taylor Jenkins Reid
DID NOT FINISH
Just wasn’t for me. Because she was just telling a story about the past, I wasn’t invested at all.
Additionally, I have an issue with Reid’s flippant mentions about abortion and how the main characters never regret it. From the vast majority of people I know who have had them, they at least had to work through grief. It would be a lot more palatable imo if she would have at least mentioned a twinge of grief rather than being simply cold towards it
