I would love to be more like Naomi! The reality is I am undeniably a reformed sl*t like Sloane, down to the love I share for my vacuum. 💗

As a married 30-something who loves the familiar I related so much to these characters. The depth of their friendship was enviable and I loved seeing it develop even more over the course of the birthday weekend. The banter and cringe-inducing moments made even the goriest parts of this feel like a platonic rom-com.

“Am I most attracted to the people who are destined to do me the most harm?” Rachel Harrison how dare you take this quote from my diary?? I had to pause and step away for a few minutes.

All that said, I feel like we spent too much time galavanting and the ending felt a bit too perfect and rushed for me. This is my first novel by the author and it made me hungry for more!
