Wow, what an amazing book! I loved every minute! I usually don't read historical books but this one hooked me from the first chapter and I couldn't put it down! The historical setting combined with the paranormal romance and the suspense storyline was just perfect. The pacing and the writing were wonderful.

I adored Bowie and Andras. I loved them as people and I loved them as a couple too. They were absolutely adorable together. I really liked how loving and caring Bowie was and Andras was the sweetest most precious character. I wanted to hug him and keep him safe. I fell I'm love with them and their happy ending warmed my heart. 

The narrator was fantastic, I loved how he voiced Andras and Bowie and all the side characters. The audiobook had great quality. 

I loved it, I really want to read the rest of the books in the series. I'm super intrigued.
