I would say that Cassandra is an unreliable narrator, but this is an excellent example of a book displaying first Love. The reason I say she's an unreliable narrator is because she is so young and she's blinded by her first love and therefore not thinking clearly. I am glad that she didn't really end up with anybody at the end because she shouldn't. This was a first love meant fizzle out and be remembered fondly in your later years. Overall, it's a nice read, quick and gives nice fall vibes.
