It was pretty good, but not an overall favorite. I wasn’t too fond of the whole “the mutts are actually the dead tributes” thing, but it does help convey the horrors and atrocities that the Capital and the game makers commit during the games.
Overall, it was well written and a pretty good read, especially if you’re in a reading slump.
