Freya, the oldest Bergman sibling, and her husband, Aiden are in a rough patch. They have become distant and are not communicating with each other. They don't know what exactly is wrong, how it got like this, or how to get through it.

They have been trying to not let the Bergmans know of the challenges, but it is clear to the family. When Aiden misses a family dinner, Freya sees it as a last straw of hiding her feelings. They talk and decide to try marriage counseling.

The Bergman siblings bought their parents a family vacation to celebrate their anniversary. Freya and Aiden, who just started therapy, are challenged to hide their troubles while also working on their marriage. Sibling meddling ensues with a touch of danger.

During their vacation, they start to rekindle their relationship, but the true test is when they come back home and how they overcome new challenges.
