TW of course for depression and suicide...
it felt relieving at first to read the story of someone struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts because I finally felt like someone understood. But then as the story went on, I felt like everything seemed too easy. It may be selfish from me because I know everyone's experience is different, but the way the book went seemed a bit cliché, a bit like the author wanted to write the story just to make people believe there are many other choices. And it's a great message, I just think that most of the time, the battle with depression is a lifelong one, not something that stops in three weeks because of only falling in love. So this representation seemed a bit too hopeful to me for it to feel real enough
