A Path Appears: Transforming Lives, Creating Opportunity by Nicholas D. Kristof

5.0

Kristof and WuDunn slay me again. Not quite in the same way as Half the Sky, but this book is hard-hitting, nonetheless. I wish this could be required reading for every human walking the planet. I love how these authors use science and psychology and thorough research to support their appeal to change your perspective on what makes a difference in the lives of others--and yourself. (also: fostercare and adoption champions and attachment-parenting enthusiasts will appreciate the chapters on early childhood development.)
