Habibi by Craig Thompson
5.0
Thought provoking, heart wrenching.
It's a love story in that it is an exploration of love's many forms. It serves as a fascinating introduction to Islam, as well. Thompson's ability to weave his narrative through the stories of the Qur'an (many of which are told in the Bible, as well) is the work of a master of the medium.
I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates any or all of the subjects above.
