Did not finish book.

It seems I should have loved this book: multiple perspectives, a past-and-present storyline, a mystery ... but it just didn't keep my attention. Perhaps it tried to do too much and not any one thing was really successful for me? A year ago, I would have finished this book anyway (it's not bad), but I'm trying to focus only on books I really enjoy. [Abandoned at 30 percent.]
