It was a bittersweet read.

I’ll be honest I kind of wish it wasn’t a happy ending??? Idk I feel like it doesn’t fit the tone of the whole novel but I enjoyed it for what it was.

As always Alix’s prose is lush and gorgeous. I can’t wait for more from them. 

I think both dying or staying stuck in underland and healing it further could have been cool. I like that seasons passed though and that they weren’t like okay just immediately
