The Fifth Mountain by Paulo Coelho
4.0

This book was more than just a fictional account of a period of Elijah's life that we know little about. Woven into this story is a Coehlo-typical positive and life-challenging message, this time one about what we do when faced with the unavoidable, when tragedy strikes and we must choose to move forward or forever be mired in the past.
I enjoyed his treatment of Elijah, of a prophet whose life we only know sparse events of, while staying true to the man we know him to be from the Bible. A good read overall, leaving me plenty to mull over in its wake.
