The Miserable Mill
by Lemony Snicket
***This is the fourth edition to A Series of Unfortunate Events! To avoid potential spoilers, I recommend you experience the previous installments to the Baudelaire's tragic tale first!***
Book 1: The Bad Beginning
Book 2: The Reptile Room
Book 3: The Wide Window
I am finally past the plot lines that the pathetic excuse for a movie adaptation covered! In this installment, the Baudelaires are sent to yet another caregiver. This one is named Mr. Se-... Mr. Gre-... Mr. uhhh- Hang on, there has got to be a pronunciation guide around here somewhere...
...ahem...
This time the Baudelaire orphans are sent to a caregiver that we shall hereby refer to as "sir." He owns the fabulous Lucky Smells Lumber Mill on a quite lavish property in a most lovely town!
HAHAHA
As if.
So the Baudelaire orphans are shipped off to live with another odd human, are reassured nothing bad would ever happen to them, even though everything bad has happened to them since they began hearing this reassurance weeks ago.
Yeah, that's more like it.
