Attachment Theory by Kayley Loring

This may be one of my fave audiobooks EVER! This was a whole cast of narrators and it was amazing, funny, touching, sad, hopeful, hot!!! And if Jacob Morgan saying “baby” doesn’t rev your engine - get your ears checked.

Scarlett and Dillion have an adorable meet cute at a grocery store in LA but she’s coming off a divorce from an actor and also feels Dillions too young for her (6 yrs younger) so she turns him down. Fast forward 3 years and the stars collide and she finds him in her office as new patient at her therapy practice. No sexy time happens while he’s a patient so don’t worry if that is a no go for you. Dillion has a habit of dating his costars, he’s an actor, also an issue for Scarlett. He wants to learn how to either make relationships last or keep himself from falling for the wrong women every time. It’s clear from the jump these two are super compatible and must find a way to be together!! Once they get together - HOLY HOTNESS!!

In typical Kayley fashion, this book is hilarious! And the son is such a great addition (if you worry the kid ruins it). Plus, Scarlett’s mom is Chinese and her dad is white so the interactions with her family are amazing and have so much depth since we get more diversity!! Dillion’s family is an integral part of the plot and are incredible.

This is absolutely worth the credit! I’ve already got book 1 and 3 on deck - you don’t have to read them in order.
