this is such a hot and angsty book and it made my heart pinch in the perfect way second chance romances do! i freaking loved ama and elliot! from their characters themselves to their relationship with each other both in the past and in present day. and i also love how it was written in duo pov and the time switch. additionally, i really loved the friendships. how ama would enlist her exstepsiblings to help. the way she took charge. elliot with her cousins and arghhh!!

i will say i wish i could read elliot’s perspective on knowing ama was the wedding planner and the call and the first meet again

like GOD DID I LOVE IT! i want an elliot for myself

the only thing i want more of is them telling everyone, especially hazel renee and jackie that they were together. that, and more elliot and ama time. oh but also some resolution with her mom about how her mom’s treatment of relationships affected her. but whatever
