The Manual: A Philosopher's Guide to Life by Sam Torode, Epictetus

2.0

Two stars, not for the original source (Epictetus), which is well worth reading, but because this “book” is essentially just one person’s summary notes on the Enchiridion. Little in the way of original thought, commentary, or application. Much better instead to go straight to the source, and read the Enchiridion.
