Thought I was getting a silly goofy time and instead was absolutely waterboarded with trauma.
As a lover of 'lone female character spirals out of control' books I thought I'd enjoy this from the vague description, and while I expected a certain amount of trauma to be the trigger of the main characters bizarre behaviour, I was definitely blindsided by the weight of it and how much more tragic it then felt throughout compared to what I'd expected.
I also didn't realise the show was a real thing so I almost definitely was lacking context in some places which wouldn't have helped.
