In the Lives of Puppets by TJ Klune

4.0

This was a delightful read from Klune. It had slow moments, but overall the characters were fun and enjoyable. This reminded me of futurama, so that's how I heard a lot of the characters voices. This truly had some sad moments, but very touching ones and it delves a lot of the idea of humanity and its relationship with machines.

A lot of people say this is a re-telling of Pinocchio, but I think it just pays more homage to it rather than it being a re-telling.

Also, after reading a few of Klune's books, I'm trying to figure out the timeline because it seems like they are take place in the same word, just different eras.
