Sapiens: A Graphic History: The Birth of Humankind, Volume 1
by Yuval Noah Harari
DNF at Part 2
I’ve already read Sapiens (the book) and loved it immensely. However, this graphic history is extremely boring and dry. Yuval Harari is an actual character who trapezes around the pages with his niece, Zoe. The tone and the narration was very much addressing a kid and concepts are repeated over and over; much like those awkward Dora the Explorer episodes where she waits for you to respond back via the TV.
Super disappointed.
