Definitely a page-turner! A whole bunch of sex scenes (FYI). I enjoyed all the conversations about art. It really got me thinking about how art (whatever form it may take) makes us feel and the ways that so many of us are unable to articulate why we like somethibg. Why we feel the way we feel about a work. Is average the enemy of great?
The book is ambitious: it covers a lot of ground, but at times this made it feel over-full. The ending and various resolutions, however, were a bit too neat.
